A To Z 2014 Reflections Post

I made it!

All the way from Arsenic & Old Lace to Zombieland.

And now is the time to reflect. This is the third year I've taken part in the A To Z Challenge (I think)...

*runs off to count number of survivor badges on blog*

...so this is the fourth year I've taken part in A To Z.

I found having a theme did make it easier to keep churning out the posts day after day. My theme was things I've learnt from movies.

Now some of these 'things I have learnt' were a little difficult to put across in the instances when I couldn't find a clip. So anyone who hadn't seen said film had to try and work out what I was on about from the description... or a quote.

But for the most part I did manage to find a clip of the bit I was talking about and I managed to keep my 'clutching at straws' posts to a minimum. And a fair few of my posts were more the silly variety than the serious.

Would I take part in it again?

Let me put it this way - I've already got a theme for next year and have the beginnings of a list.

I didn't manage to visit as many fellow A To Zers as I would have liked but that's what the Post A To Z Road Trip is all about!

If you want to go and check out other Reflection posts (that will no doubt be more in depth and less brief than mine) click here.

Year 2 for me, think I visited more this year and have continued to do so. I decided I would keep the momentum going and blog a-z in May. Was still (and am still) using the original linky, plus the road trip linky.

Congrats on finishing and thinking ahead for next year.

You already have a theme - that's awesome! Sorry I missed yours. Big movie hound. And four years is impressive. This was my fifth and I can't imagine NOT participating.

Congratulations on completing the challenge.

I love that you have a theme already. I started planning last year's around September and have been throwing ideas around for next year since around the middle of April!
