So the previously unknown word for W is:waddy n, pl -dies a heavy wooden club used by Australian Aborigines
A quick internet search doesn't bring up many photos of a waddy unfortunately.

I like it! Does have an Aussie feel about it.
I've certainly learned a lot during this A to Z Challenge. I agree with Nick. Definitely has an Aussie feel to the word.
