Y Is For...

My theme for the A To Z Challenge 2014 is things I’ve learnt from movies. Some are serious, some are silly. And some I was clutching at straws.

I’ve tried to find clips of said movies where possible. So if I couldn’t find a clip and you haven’t seen the movie… well you’ll have to take my word for it.

Y is for You've Got Mail.

Basic plot:

Two business rivals hate each other at the office but fall in love over the internet.

This is my all time favourite rom com and I wanted to mention it so the thing that I learnt from this movie falls in to the clutching at straws catergory.

I learnt that daisies are the friendliest flower (which is briefly mentioned in this clip - this movie is rated PG in the UK)

Yes, that is a good movie. I have seen it a couple of times. What about the song "I'll give you a daisy a day"??

Haven't seen this film, but it seems to get big love in romcom type circles!
