G is For Gado-gado
Did you enjoy your break from A to Zing yesterday?
Well we're back in week 2 of the A To Z Challenge with the the letter G.
gado-gado n an Indonesian dish of cooked mixed vegetables and hard-boiled eggs served with a peanut sauce [Bahasa Indonesia]
I'm not sure whether that sounds appetising to me or not - it might greatly depend on what type of vegetables are in it and what it looks like once it's on the plate (or in the dish depending on it's consistency).
A little further down the page I spied the word gadzooks which made me giggle just a little bit - I don't know why it made me laugh.
See you tomorrow

Nope, never heard of gado gado. Being food, its something I should investigate.
As for gadzooks, I seem to remember Shakespeare uses it in several plays.

Hmmm not sure if I would eat that, I'm used to American cuisine..but may try that someday. Blessings, and thanks for sharing...following you now via the Challenge!

That sounds so yummy. I love peanut sauce!
Visiting from the A to Z Blog Challenge. Enjoy the 2nd week.
It sounds pretty yummy to me. It has peanut sauce... :)
That dish sounds good, but I'm a bit nervous eating new types of food. Why? I spent 13 months living in Taiwan and ate everything that was placed in front of me in order not to offend by hosts. Now, I figure, I have the choice if I want to eat something or not when it looks questionable. I don't eat it even if it may be the best tasting this in the universe. shrugs. haha
Yeah, not so sure about that.
